Ballian Fashion Sections ("the App") is provided by BALLIAN F.Z.E, Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the App collects when a merchant installs it on a Shopify store, and how that information is used.

Information we collect

• Your store's Shopify domain and the access token Shopify gives the App, so the App can work in your admin.
• Basic details of the staff member who opens the App (name, email, locale), provided by Shopify for login sessions.
• Your plan status (Free or Pro), read from Shopify Billing.

The App does not collect, store or process personal information about your customers. Sections run inside your theme and use data your store already shows to shoppers. Some sections (such as "Recently viewed") save product handles in the shopper's own browser only; this never leaves their device.

How we use information

• To let you sign in to the App and use its features.
• To check your plan and unlock Pro sections.
• To contact you about the App if needed.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Sharing

Information is processed by Shopify and by our hosting provider, only as needed to run the App.

Retention and deletion

When you uninstall the App, your login sessions are deleted. Shopify then sends a data erasure request 48 hours later, and we delete all remaining information about your store. We respond to Shopify's customer data requests as required; because we hold no customer data, there is nothing to return or erase.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing us.
